I've been cheating on my Calendar 365 with.....my mini art journal. I've managed to keep on top of my August page, but haven't quite got my September page ready because I've been too busy doodling in my mini journal:

I was totally inspired by the seriously cool 'illustrated' journal by Anna Denise and took my mini moleskin on holiday with me to do some experimenting. Here's what I came up with:
I'm still very much experimenting with colouring medium - so if you have any recommendations, please leave me a comment, and if you're into your art journaling/illutstrations...Anna's blog really is a great place to stop.
