A couple of weeks whilst obsessing over browsing through Pinterest, I came across this really cool idea for 'story stones' from Emily Neuburger. I thought I could adapt the idea to create something for my play therapy kit for my work in primary schools. Here's my stones so far:

I have big plans for expanding my collection and also whipping up a little bag to hold them all...so watch this space!




they're soooo cute. bet they will be really useful too. I once made "atomically accurate" play therapy dolls for my friend who was doing a PhD in psychotherapy - I had to get my MIL to help sew them as they were too complicated and I'd only met her about 6 times before turning up with dolls with "bits" - it still gets talked about now 15 years on........
